This development has proved hugely popular with families over the years and large properties like this don't often come up. As you enter the cul-de-sac, you quickly notice how private it is with just four houses occupying a corner section and the grounds are very well looked after. Inside, I really like the extension to the front of the property as it has given the lounge extra space and allows lots of natural light to flow through.

Whilst the property is finished to a very good standard throughout, there is scope to open up the back of the property and make a large open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area which overlooks the rear garden. This is proving very popular at the moment and I am sure it wouldn't take too much adjustment. Indeed, the current owner's have advised it is something they have looked into.
