We have had 10 happy years in our home, but as our daughter has now grown up and moved away to live and work, we have decided to start another chapter in our lives and move to Cornwall.

The house has been perfect for us in so many ways, with its location being a major plus. We are in the Tudor Grange school catchment area and close enough that our daughter was able to walk to school every day. We are near to Solihull town centre and both Solihull and Widney Manor train stations with routes to London and Birmingham. Tudor Grange Leisure centre is a 5 minute drive and the nec is easily reached.

On the first day that we viewed the house we agreed to buy it as it felt so right and homely, this being the best decision that we could have made as we have been totally happy here. Over the last 3 years we have decorated and had new carpets throughout, fitted new soffits/facials/guttering and a new bathroom. The garden is southwest facing so benefits from the sun all day. Being a cul de sac off a cul de sac, it is a very quiet and peaceful road and we will be sad to leave our neighbours who have become good friends over the years.

Hopefully the new owners will enjoy living here as much as we have.
