I love Sunday mornings sipping my coffee and listening to the birds especially in the summer time as the sun rises in the back garden & on Sundays you can hear the local church bells ringing it sets me up for the day, she tells us.

The set-up could be ideal for anyone wishing to live in a very quiet cul du sac or for family who loves entertaining, she suggests. "There are so many different possibilities, " she adds.

The peaceful setting as well as the space, has made a perfect family home and a superb entertaining house. "In the summer, we have the French windows open on to the sunny garden and everyone enjoys spending time outside.

Although it's a quite cul du sac everyone knows our little terrier Alfie and the neighbours always knock at Christmas time with gifts for him. With its wide range of shops and good quality pubs.
There are also good schools close by, as well as beautiful places to walk & picnic.

"This is a very friendly place to live, with a good sense of community, " Kathryn says. "I love walking to The Coach House for Sunday lunch it's a great local pub with excellent food and an open fire great for them cold winter days.

She adds: "For the best fish and chips, you have to try Speronis it's the best around and right on your door step"
