The water system is fully pressurised and there is a mechanical ventilation and heat recovery system that recirculates the heat throughout the house to increase efficiency. The windows and bi-folds are glazed with Pilkington K glass. Where appropriate, windows are tinted to ensure privacy and enhance the look of the design.

Outside & Landscaping

All properties are set behind block-paved driveways, with "Fortunai" set behind "Orleana", nestled at the end of the courtyard. The garages are side by side and both properties offer driveways. "Ilexia" is accessed via Winwick Place and boasts a private drive and integral garage. All three properties have landscaped gardens with patio areas and artificial grass lawns.

About The Area

Bilton is located approximately 1.5 miles from Rugby Town Centre and nearby Rugby Railway Station with its commuter service to London Euston which takes just under 50 minutes. The village still retains lots of character including a village green which contains the remains of ancient stocks and a famous crocus bed. There are two public houses, two supermarkets, a doctor’s surgery, chemist, butchers and specialist cheese shop.
