Six generations of our family have been lucky enough to call Southam Road home. My Father purchased the house in early 60’s and my Mother has made it a home for children, grand children and great grand children for over 50 years. It is much loved family home with easy links to the city, Solihull and Shirley as well as Hall Green parade.
Southam Road is a lovely road to live on, with it’s tree lined grass verges and houses set back from the footpath, it gives the feeling of space and a very pleasant place to arrive home to. We are very sorry to be moving on but It is time for new family to enjoy the freedom of the garden and the potential to expand and grow with the house.
