The dining room side is similarly generously proportioned, easily accommodating a full sized dining table and other various pieces of furniture while leaving easy access to the French windows out onto the raised decking area to the rear and the large twin semi glazed doors opening into the lounge.

This is a cosy room, made all the more so by this being the only entrance and helped by the large living flame gas fire providing the ideal focal point and keeping those toes toastie warm on the coldest of winter nights.

Stepping out through the French doors onto the decking we find a large square area with commanding views down across the estuary to the Wirral and beyond. A central gateway allows us down into the garden; an area given to mainly rough grass, far larger than expected and with a substantial garden shed for storage.

Returning indoors and upstairs we come first to the bathroom at the rear of the home. This is simple, neat and does what it says on the tin. The suite comprises a hand basin, lavatory and bath with the shower provided via a set of mixer taps.

Adjacent to this is the second bedroom. Currently a child’s room with its bunk beds, this could easily be used as a double in spite of losing some space to the large fitted wardrobes.
Moving to the front of the home is the ‘small’ bedroom, although at over 10’ by 7’ it is nothing of the sort. This is a bedroom that any child would be delighted with in fact most adults would find nothing to grouse about.

Finally there is the master bedroom. This is a large and comfortable room, made all the more so by the fitted wardrobes and large walk-in cupboard removing the need for any free standing furniture except the bed. Well after all, it is a bedroom…..
