It's easy to say ‘don't judge a book by its cover' and here it would certainly be a mistake to do so. What a wonderful surprise we had when we visited this super chalet bungalow.
The layout is fantastic and really sets this property apart from almost everything else on the market. With a extension to the rear it really makes for the perfect family space, you can enjoy modern day family life with an open plan lounge/diner and access onto the mature garden from the double doors from the lounge.
The road is in a popular location. Living here you are close to everything you need for a relaxing family life. The shops are within walking distance but if you prefer to travel by bus there is a bus stop within a couple of minutes' walk. You can reach either the A23 or A27 within a few minutes; you really couldn't be in a much handier position.

We have fantastic views from our front room and a lovely garden for relaxing, playing and summer barbecues.
