Astley Bridge Mill or Holden Mill is a former cotton mill Constructed in 1926 for Sir John Holden & Sons Ltd, it was the last cotton mill to be built in Bolton which ceased spinning in 1965 and has a Grade II listed status. The exterior window frames visible today are actually unglazed and provide open balcony screens designed to preserve the mills original appearance.
Holden Mill is located on Blackburn Road close to Astley Bridge and Sharples and has access to good local amenities. Bromley Cross and Egerton are within close proximity.
