We have lived in this property for over ten years, we raised all our children here. There's plenty of space for everyone to share family time together as well as quiet moments apart. The bonus of having a garden has been lovely, especially for many much needed barbecues in the summer even in the winter I dare say. The area is quiet and not much happens around here expect for bin day. It's been really convenient to have Gipsy Hill station right on our doorstep as well as Crystal Palace bus station. There many local schools such as Paxton primary rated outstanding and many outstanding secondary's schools also. We are moving to be closer to our grandchildren and to let someone else enjoy this house as much as we have.
