The garden was a real blank canvas when we came here, but weve added some borders to create more colour and interest, however its still mainly laid to lawn, so very family friendly, and we have a really nice patio area where we can sit out, relax and enjoy al fresco meals.
The kitchen is the real hub of the home and a fabulous space to entertain in, but Id say that the suite on the top floor is a part of the house that really has the wow factor, says Carl. It has a double bedroom, a lounge area and a shower room, so its ideal for a teenager who wants a bit of separation and its a superb private space for guests.
The location was another huge selling point when we initially came across the house, says Carl. Its an ideal base for a commuter because you can hop on a train and be at Euston station in under an hour; we can walk into the centre of town, so all of our day-to-day needs are catered for and we also have access to some beautiful countryside.
The house sits on a large corner plot and as well as a really lovely garden we also have plenty of parking space, says Carl. We have a double garage, space for four cars on the drive in front of the garage and down the side of the house theres also room for another two cars.
Its the general feeling of space that I think Ill miss most when we leave, says Carl. Its a house that has definitely lived up to all expectations.
