Houndsfield Lane has been our family home for over 30 years. All 5 of us have grown up, moved on, moved back again and now finally all moved out again!

Our home has been a wonderful place to live as kids and teenagers and also as adults. We enjoyed long, hot, leisurely summers in our south facing garden offering the freedom that so many kids miss out on these days. We also had wonderful snuggly family Christmases, tucked up away from the crowds in town.

The heart of our home has always been the dining room & lounge, the setting for noisy family dinners and board games and wonderful summer evenings with the patio doors open, enjoying the stunning views of the greenbelt countryside, with the occasional fox and deer passing through the garden!

The garden has been host to children's birthday parties over 30 years, with bouncy castles and swimming pools. We have hosted engagement parties, New Years Eve fancy dress parties in marquees in the garden and countless summer (and the occasional winter) bbq's. We have even had live bands play in the garden on several occasions. Growing up we always had pets, dogs, cats, chickens, goats and alpacas at one time!

There are regular bus services to Solihull and the train station to Birmingham or Stratford (15-20mins either way) is just a few minutes walk away. Houndsfield Lane really does offer the best of all worlds.

As we are all now located around the country and settled with work and families, we have decided that our home needs a family to love it and enjoy it as much as we have over the years.
