This impressive detached villa is a lot of house. Extended, embellished and set within large, landscaped garden grounds, its appointment within this exclusive estate is as desirable as it is appealing.
Extensive front gardens and attractive, imposing facade, give an immediate inkling of the size and style within this exceptional home.
Formed over two levels, the beautifully presented apartments are stylish, spacious and offer flexibility of use.
The outer door at the front of the home gives access to a generous entrance hall with access to a large front lounge, left open to the dining room. Also off the hall is attractive, well equipped kitchen, luxury cloakroom/wc and ground floor sitting room. Generous and well presented, it could also serve as a fifth bedroom. The aforementioned kitchen is complemented by integral neff appliances and a separate utility room. To the rear of the dining room is a delightful conservatory, which is glazed on three sides and is easily accommodated within the substantial, family grounds.
At first floor level there are four bedrooms (three with fitted cupboards) and a luxury bathroom with three piece suite. The master bedroom is served by an en-suite shower room. Beyond the second bedroom is a good sized study and off the bathroom there is a large store room.
The excellent specification includes gas fired central heating, recently fitted radiators, double glazing (where stated), cavity wall insulation, blinds, light fittings and integrated kitchen appliances. Embellishments include recessed down lighting, quality internal doors, facias and finishings, wall and floor tiling. A home recently redecorated, including new carpets, flooring and flat ceilings.
There will be many features that make this an idyllic, "forever home". A stylish, adaptable interior, as appealing as it is large. However the prized appointment may just be uppermost in these features. The complimentary garden grounds that "wrap" around the home are generous to front, attractive at rear and stretch to mature woodland for a dramatic backdrop. The front driveway offers off street parking for several vehicles and is complimented by a garage, integral to structure.
There are far-reaching views over our coastal town, the mature estates, woodland and to the River Forth.
Five miles South East of Dunfermline and fourteen miles from Edinburgh, Dalgety Bay is a desirable and now a well established coastal town. Beautifully appointed on the North shore of the Firth of Forth the town has historical links dating back over 800 years.
Dalgety Bay is popular with a vast range of ages, this is largely due to the residential setting with open country walks and scenic coastal path to Aberdour and beyond. There is also a wide range of facilities and amenities including supermarkets, restaurants and bars. There is a medical centre and recreational facilities which include sports/leisure centre, squash, tennis courts and a sailing club.
An excellent environment for commuters, family home buyers and those seeking property in a desirable location.

Stylish family bathroom with under floor heating and modern suite to include over bath, deluge head shower and screen. Fully tiled and set off by recessed down lighting. In itself a luxury bathroom but with a difference. A door opens not to a cupboard but a marvellous, large store room (10'7 x 8'6). So you have an attic room at floor level with a single glazed window.
Integral to building, the garage has front up and over door.
The cultivated border in front of generous lawn, sits beside an extensive driveway at front. There is garden area to both sides. However it is perhaps the large rear garden that will most impress.
Cultivated and laid to lawn, there are paved sections, garden shed and greenhouse. Gardens stretch to mature woodland.
View from bedroom 4
We love the extensive space in this house - especially the large living/dining room, extra sitting room, study and useful store room. The wonderful back garden which backs onto woodland is peaceful and a great space for children to play in. The cul de sac is extremely quiet and perfect for bike riding and playing right outside the house. Only a few metres away are the ‘70 steps’ leading up to Donibristle Primary school so children can walk to school safely without crossing a single road. The neighbours are very friendly and the location is perfect, with the beach, Longhill Park and the shops just a short walk away.
Gas central heating; Cavity wall insulation; Double glazing (unless stated otherwise); Blinds; Light fittings; Integrated kitchen appliances
