We've thoroughly enjoyed living on Cavendish Road; it's a quiet, friendly street & the neighbours reflect the family atmosphere we had so sought after. It's a treat to look out over the green space at all the wildlife this brings, including Owls, Herons & Woodpeckers. You can be in Epping Forest within a 15 minute walk, or in the city in half an hour. Highams Park has a lovely community feel with lots of independent cafes and shops. The old art deco cinema is being refurbished and it’s part of London’s first borough of culture. It is truly a flourishing and vibrant area.
