It was the location that first attracted us to this house. It was in a nice quiet cul-de-sac and was within walking distance of both Dartford Town Centre and the railway station, which has an excellent service into Central London. There are also brilliant schools nearby which include the Grammar Schools, as well as really nice pubs and handy local shops.

Although we only moved here in 2013, we have done a lot of work to the house including putting in a new kitchen, new flooring downstairs and we have pretty much redecorated the whole house apart from the landing. We have also created a driveway to the front so we can park the car easily and have spent a fortune landscaping the sunny rear garden, so when the sun is shining you can enjoy it at any time of the day. We have also added a sunken trampoline which is much safer for the children to use and even the adults occasionally!
