I'm not surprised that Pateley Bridge has just been voted, by the Sunday Times, one of the happiest places in Britain to live. I could say it's because i'm here, but it's a lot more than that, the high street of the year, the swimming pool with views, the award-winning butchers, and the great schools. Of course, another reason is the great scenery that comes with being in an area of outstanding natural beauty and if you were to purchase me you could enjoy some of that great scenery.
Sitting down for a coffee and maybe a bit of cake at my breakfast bar you can enjoy the view up Nidderdale, perhaps the sun shining on the hills or setting behind them, it's beautiful. You can also enjoy those views from my living room where there is space for a dining table. Dinner with friends and looking at that view would make them very envious.
Of course, it's not just the views that'll make them envious as i've been refurbished and i'm now a really pretty boy! New kitchen with breakfast bar and views, new modern shower room and an en-suite WC with toilet and washbasin. I've also two double bedrooms and a large living/dining room.
Outside I have a single garage and a small terraced garden which is a real pleasure to sit in on a summers afternoon and evening.
