I have lived in this development for many years and always found it to be quiet yet convenient for everything you could need. When it came the time for my mum to downsize I couldn't think of a better place than in the same development but the block next door. She loved all of the shops and transport links being on her doorstep. With a choice of Sainsbury's, Lidl, Iceland and Tesco's as well as several bus routes to neighbouring towns and Wallington train station offering frequent links into London. Being so close to the amenities makes having gated and allocated parking all the better too. Having really looked after the flat over the years it is suitable for single occupants, couples, sharers or families.
