This was the one for me when I saw it. I immediately got that have to have it feeling. I'm sure you will agree it isn't easy to find a one bedroom garden flat in such a lovely area. Of course, the main attraction for me was the private garden. I had always dreamed of coffee and croissants for breakfast in the sunshine. I've had friends over for barbecues and even thrown a gathering or two because the layout of the flat is so sociable. Having moved away from the area a few years ago, the flat has been rented, and I have always found it easy to find a tenant as the garden and parking are such a bonus. This honestly has been such a wonderful first home for me and for my tenants. I really hope it makes the new owner just as happy as it has made me!
