We have really loved living in this flat and will really miss it! It has an amazing location within a few minutes walk of all the lovely shops, cafes, restaurants and bars on Gloucester Road as well as a few minutes from St Andrews park. There are good connections with regular buses, close to Montpelier train station and easy access to the M32. Despite being so close to all this the flat is very quiet and the low maintenance garden is very peaceful with trees and lots of birds. We love sitting out in the garden and having BBQs. The flat feels very spacious, for the first year living there I had a lodger in the second bedroom and the open plan layout is good for entertaining.
