Local Area

Located in the Metropolitan Borough of Calderdale in West Yorkshire, Brighouse is well placed for links to other large towns in the area, including Halifax and Huddersfield. Manchester and Leeds are also within easy reach via road and public transport.

For some retail therapy Brighouse offers plenty of excellent options. Bethel Street and Commercial Street represent the main shopping areas of the town and include a number of high street names, as well as a good selection of independent and speciality shops.
