We loved the road when we first came to visit the property especially its position and the private garden.

We liked the design of the house and the fact that there was a lot of living space which was ideal as we had older children. If members of the family want to watch or do different things there are lots of rooms to give people their own space.

We have made improvements over the years including landscaping the garden and rebuilding the patio as well as renewing both bathrooms. We also made the kitchen bigger by knocking through the 2 original rooms that were here.

We love the layout of the property as it offers great family space. It always felt a safe area to bring up our children and its lovely to be able to walk to the station and High Street without the need to take the car.

Lake Meadows is a really lovely park to take your children out for some fresh air and as we are not buying another property there will be no onward chain.

Billericay really does offer the best of both worlds - it's a lovely town and it's commutable to London.
