What the Owner says:
Back in 2004 we were searching for a better quality of life and my sister lived in the area so it seemed like a logical solution. We definitely wanted the Kennington area and were originally buying one on the same close which didn’t work out, but we found this one straight away and loved it as it has so much space.
We weren’t using the study that often so in 2013 we decided to open it out into the kitchen to make a larger space that all the family would use and we certainly do.
We also landscaped the rear garden so that it has different areas including a water feature and outside lighting. The boiler has been replaced and we’ve redecorated most of the rooms.
It’s lovely being at the edge of town and having the countryside on our doorstep but it’s also handy being relatively close to the motorway and the town, both just a few minutes’ drive away.
