We have lived here for the last 15 years and have, and still do, absolutely love it. This has been the perfect home for us. It's incredibly comfortable and whilst a period property with character, we've kept it up to date. Within the last year we have invested in a new roof, carpets, patio, shed and external summer house.

We love nothing more than in the winter curling up by the open fire and in the summer opening the back door and sitting on the sun-trap patio, whilst enjoying the garden and having a bbq with friends which we will miss all terribly.

The location has been absolutely prefect for us. We are a stone's throw from Solihull town centre and walk in most weekends. We have connections close by to all the major travel networks (road, rail and plane) for when we travel, yet at the same time a walk along the canal with our dog is only 2 minutes away each and every day. It really is the best of both worlds.

We will be very sad to leave but needs must and are moving closer to both a new job and family in Stratford upon Avon.
