We had been looking at a number of two bedroom properties in the area but often found that many of them were far too small, especially that second bedroom. So the big second bedroom here was a deciding factor for us. We also loved the layout of the downstairs and the way it flows from the lounge to the kitchen dining area, giving you a lovely feeling of space. The house has always been really warm and cosy, I think that it might be because it is a mid-terrace as well as the sunny south facing garden, but the heating system works really well too. I know not everyone likes warm air heating but we have never had an issue, in the winter if you come back to a chilly house you can just flick the switch and be cosy and warm in just a few minutes.
