You will also be asked to sign the initial Tenant Offer/application Form which confirms the properties services, rent and dates due, your personal details and payments required. On your move-in day you will need to provide a deposit of one and a half months rent plus the first months rent in advance in cash unless otherwise paid in advance via bank transfer. There are no check-in fees or payment to register the deposit with The Deposit Protection Scheme. All fees are non-refundable unless the landlord withdraws the property. Saturday/Sunday completions are not normally conducted unless cleared funds are with the agent and an appointment is arranged at least 14 days in advance.
