Our Aunt and family have lived here since the 1960s and it has been a much-loved home. They have always taken great pride in keeping up-to-date with maintenance of both the house and garden.

The family particularly enjoy the outlook onto Rosehill Park including using the direct access to the park from the back garden. The garden has been a real asset over the years and has been designed so that it is easy to maintain with several attractive courtyard areas offering sun and shade.

It will be sad to see the house sold but it is time to hand it over to a new family. We hope they will love it as much as we have.
