Since they were built in 2015, this will be the first property of this type that has become available for sale.
The development itself is much smaller than some of the others meaning it has more of a close community feel.
The property itself benefits from wonderful views and there is a children's play area opposite. Being on a cul-de sac it is perfect for those with kids.
The current owner has added an internal door making the garage integral and has also added a conservatory to the rear.
I particularly like the rear garden as it is completely enclosed, giving you peace of mind when the children are playing out.
The double driveway also makes a big difference as it means you can use the garage as you wish. I would probably look at converting it to create a snug or a children's play room.
