Wow, look at this spacious three bed family home with two large reception rooms, bay windows, oodles of character with fireplaces, stain glass windows, a kitchen that offers so much potential to turn into something spectacular, it’s close to a train station & the A55….This really is the NewHome4U

Well may be you would you like to view this home personally…..The good thing about NewHome4U is, we open 7 days a week and we’re physically in the office 4U just so that you can, ‘’like no other estate agent in Mold’
Situated on a quiet residential road adjacent to the highly regarded Flint High School this home really is in ‘move in’ condition.
Approaching this home one is immediately struck by the neat condition of the garden, with its pathway running along the edge and the excellent condition of the tarmac drive. This continues as a walkway past the home where a wrought iron gate forms a barrier to the rear garden.
The front door is a modern PVC affair, fronting a small entrance vestibule where we find the original door and its surrounding panelwork. Both this and the door are adorned with period stained glass windows, all in excellent condition and adding a real touch of class and a sense of how life used to be.
We enter the wide hall with its quality wood laminate floor and staircase leading upwards. Beneath the stairs is a small storage cupboard and, where the headroom permits, a walk in larder – it could possibly be converted into a downstairs toilet – but we’d advise you talking to a local builder. The first doorway takes us into the front facing lounge. The wooden flooring continues in here, being both cosy and practical. The room has a large bay window overlooking the front garden, a high ceiling gives the room a sense of grandeur and a working open fireplace to guarantee toastie toes come winter.
Adjacent to here is the rear facing sitting room. I say sitting room, but in reality this could serve any number of purposes. With its electric living flame effect fire and large picture window is would make a large comfortable study, TV room. Formal dining room or of course there is always the option of knocking through and making one huge family room, or opening the kitchen up to make a huge kitchen / diner / breakfast – a few bi-folding doors at the rear would also make this room even more impressive than it already is…..The choice is yours…..Oh and budget too! The good thing is, it doesn’t need to be done now, you can do any work over time as this home is impressive already!
The final hall door puts us into the first portion of the kitchen and here, we can appreciate the cramped conditions that were the norm for our parents. In its original form the room was the complete kitchen and to be honest by today’s standards it would be thought inadequate. It offers cupboard units and worktops down each side, with space for a fridge beneath and the gas boiler mounted in another unit in the wall. So far, so tiny.......But here is where the alterations come swinging to our rescue. Stepping down into what used to be the scullery the room continues, housing more units, space and plumbing for the washing machine, more work tops and a full range gas cooker. On the face of it this seems a slightly clumsy arrangement but for practical purposes, it works very well indeed. When preparing meals, the work surfaces, cooker and sink are all together as a self contained unit while all the less messy aspects of cooking are catered for elsewhere.
Through the back door is a large flagged patio area, ideal for summer soirees or simply a drink of two in the sunshine. The majority of the garden on given over to lawn and, as in the front this is immaculate and surprisingly spacious. A wooden tool shed completes the scene before we return indoor and up the stairs.
To the front of the home is the smallest bedroom. Like many of its type this is purely a single room but remains light and attractive while the wallpaper, as I may have mentioned is…… idiosyncratic.
Adjacent to here is the main bedroom. The is a charming room, made all the more so by its large bay window and shaped ceiling following the shape of the roof line, and the small open feature fireplace.
To the rear of the home is the other large bedroom. Of a similar size to the front one, this is slightly compromised by the enormous fitted wardrobes along one complete wall. Though the floor space may be compromised, this inconvenience is more than made up for by the vast amount of storage they offer, making any other bedroom furniture unnecessary.
Finally we come to the bathroom. This has a neat and easily maintained vinyl floor with a large vertical towel rail/radiator and a modern contemporary suite of hand basin, lavatory and bath with centre fill taps. Finally in the corner, is a large walk in shower cubicle with a power shower fed from the mains via the combi boiler.
