We first bought the property due to its proximity to schools in the area, the quiet turning and its short distance to the station and Lake Meadows Park where we often spend Saturday or Sunday afternoons.
During our time at the property we have worked hard to make it a sociable space to live and we have enjoyed the open plan living we have created. We have also installed a new boiler, oak flooring and rewired the whole house.
We have invested a lot of time and effort into the property and certainly hope that the new owner/s have as many happy memories as we have created. We will miss living here but have decided to move nearer our work place.
