The flat itself is spacious, the street is quiet yet close enough to Wanstead high street and South Woodford where there is plenty to do. The neighbours are really nice and always happy to help, whether its taking in packages, feeding animals or just looking out for each other. Its a short walk to the tube station so makes it easy to get to work and it is well lit so you always feel safe."
