Planning Permission was granted on 7th August 2018 with a list of Conditions (Application No. 182173) Grid Reference 356288:224594 for a 4 Bed Dwelling plus Parking for 94 & 95 School House Cottages. A restrictive covenant will be placed on the property restricting the use to a single private dwelling house as detailed on the Planning Permission 182173. A further restrictive Covenant will require the development to be carried out strictly in accordance with the approved plans and Planning Permission.

Directions
From either Ross-on-Wye or Hereford take the A49 towards Peterstow. From the crossroads at the north-western end of the Common proceed 90 degrees southwards along the single track Lowcop Lane towards the rear of the Common.
