There are many and various units surround a gas hob with electric fan oven beneath, making for a pleasant environment in which to work your culinary magic and keep the family happy (or just yourself!).
Now, every family collects ‘stuff’ and needless to say, this ‘stuff’ has to be kept somewhere and so happily, a door in the corner of this room reveals a huge under-stair store cupboard and it’s just waiting to hide away all the Hoovers, brooms, buckets and assorted junk we appear to never be able to do without….

Outside, the area is given over to a flagged surface, providing somewhere to sit and spend time outside with friends and family for the soon to be upon us summer bbq season and alfresco dining! It’s also great as it means you won’t be wasting too much of your time maintaining it. A side door allows access into the garage, without having to bother with the standard up and over doors to the front.

Climbing the stairs to the wide and well lit landing, then moving to the front of the home finds the third and smallest bedroom. All too often the third bedroom in homes of this type is not really fit for purpose, being more of a box room but not here. While the usual piece of space is lost to the stair well, the rest of the room is sufficiently large to make this unimportant. There remains enough room for a full sized bed and some free standing furniture, making this an ideal youngster’s room or if you don’t have kids, your own games room or office space.

Adjacent to here is the master bedroom. Moving to the rear of the home we find the other double bedroom. This is a large and comfy space with more than enough room for free standing furniture along with as large a bed as takes your fancy.

Finally, also facing the rear of the home we find the bathroom. Like the kitchen this is a practical and attractive vinyl floor covering in a slate pattern and features, not surprisingly, the usual heated towel rail/radiator, pedestal hand basin, lavatory and bath with electric shower over. The whole is attractively tiled to full height and, like the rest of the home, freshly redecorated to a high standard.
