Property Description

Location

The village of Madley lies 6 miles south west of the City of Hereford with road and bus services to nearby villages of Clehonger, Thruxton and Kingstone where there are primary and secondary schools.

Madley has a convenience shop, two public houses, a take-away curry house, hairdresser and a nine hole golf course. St. Mary’s Church is the outstanding building in the village which is seen from the subject property on the east side of the garden.

Description

Church Farm was a sizeable farmhouse which has been divided into three dwellings, with the subject property being the largest of the three with the largest garden and parking area. Church Farm is a delightfully presented property which has been sensitively repaired and improved by the vendor who has replaced timbers, re-plastered walls, decorated internally and re-roofed, under felted, using new battens and increased the insulation to the roof area. Externally, the garden has been well maintained and is best described as a plants woman’s garden.
