ok, so back across the entrance hall we find the lounge. This is a cosy and welcoming room, kept bright by the large picture window to the front and cleverly maximising the available space by utilising the under-stair recess to house the wide screen TV and assorted electrical goodies that you young people understand.

From here an open archway leads directly into the kitchen/breakfast room. This, with its attractive ceramic tile floor, is a shining example of neat design, providing masses of storage and also somewhere for all the integrated equipment necessary along with a good sized breakfast bar, in a compact area that remains a delightful place to work…..And if you must, to rest and play as well. Obviously tastes differ but this has been so well thought out and stylishly fitted it is almost impossible not to love.

From here a set of sliding patio doors take us into the large conservatory. Stretching across the full width of the home this is so much more than just a conservatory though. Moving upstairs we find ourselves immediately opposite the bathroom door. This, while offering the fairly standard fare of a pedestal hand basin, lavatory and bath with a shower over, is none the less so immaculately presented as to need no further improvement. As I said earlier, tastes differ but any alterations undertaken in here will be purely to satisfy those different tastes. You may want changes but strictly speaking, none are needed.

Adjacent to here is the rear facing bedroom which could accommodate a double bed easily. It is currently in use as a nursery and the paraphernalia that accompanies any child, is so space hungry as to give a misleading impression of the actual space available.
