What's the minimum length of time I can rent for?

We prioritise tenants who can commit to a minimum of 6 months tenancy. However, in exceptional circumstances we will consider shorter lets.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes, just £200 which is refunded upon check out as long as everything ok with room and up to date with rent.

Do you accept pets?

Although we love pets, we do not allow pets to live here. So you'll have to find another home for your pooch or moggy while you live in one of our houses.
