From English Homes Langport office turn left and walk or cycle some 150 yards towards the river. Great Bow Yard will be found on the right, Apartment 12 is indicated by an English Homes To Let board. Its garage is located just to the right of the entrance porch. Should you have driven then there are 3 parking spaces for visitors shortly after the apartments on the right hand side. If these have all been taken then drive over the river and turn left into Westover Trading Estate.

Reference Checking

Will be carried out using a professional referencing agent. The fee for this is £120 incl. VAT for each person on the tenancy agreement.

Assured Shorthold Tenancy

Will be offered initially for 6 months and then on a month to month basis.

Deposit/Bond
