We have lived at Hill View for just over 4 years now and it's been so convenient what with the town, doctors and shops being so close by as well as having its own parking. A massive bonus for is is having solar panels, this has helped to save lots of pennies on our heating bills, especially during the warmer months where we didn't even turn our heating on!
Raising a family here has been ideal, the area is nice and quiet and with all the facilities that Dorking offers right on our doorstep it's never been a chore going out. With a growing family we are now looking to move up the property ladder and hope the new owners will love it as much as we have.
