What first attracted me to the property was the excellent location, it's so close to the station so makes commuting easy. The bonus of having off-road parking has been fantastic for me!
I have always found the apartment to be really spacious which has been great and i've never been stuck for storage space, especially having my own private, brick-built storage shed.
The area is great for families as there is always so much going on in the community. Dorking is within easy reach so it's lovely to be able to enjoy all the amenities and events.
I will miss the area but hope the new owners will enjoy it as much as I have.
