I bought this apartment from new in 2004 mainly due to its convenient location being close to the station and town. It was the show flat so had high quality fixtures and fittings.
It was a second home for me and was ideal for my commute into London each day, particularly as there is a short cut to the station. It's the perfect lock up and leave flat and I think being on the top floor makes it ideal for that.
The apartment has been easy to maintain, has a spacious feel and is light and airy with wonderful views to Box Hill. It has been a quiet, secure and friendly place to live but as I no longer commute on a daily basis am looking to sell with no chain.
