I bought this apartment around 10 years ago mainly due to its convenient location being close to the station, High Street and doctors surgery.
I felt it was the best apartment I had viewed in this development – it is ground floor with no steps, in a quiet location as it is situated away from the road, is a really good size and has a separate kitchen.
I am now looking to move out of the area but hope the new owner will enjoy living here as much as I have.
