The Application Fee payable is £99 for a single applicant and £149 for a couple. If a guarantor is required then there is an additional charge of £49.

In order to reserve a property a non refundable deposit of £150 is required, this amount will be deducted from your first months rent. If your application is unsuccessful the reservation deposit will be returned to you. Payments can be made by cash, cheque or Bank Transfer. If you withdraw your application or are misleading or dishonest in the details you provide the Application Fee and holding deposit will not be refunded.

Please note, the first months rent and bond will need to be cleared funds in our bank account before any tenancy can be entered into. The bond will typically be 150% of the monthly rent figure.

You can e-mail, post or drop your forms off at our office, which ever suits you best. However we will need to see your proof of identification and be in receipt of the referencing fee & holding deposit before we can process your application.

All rent must be paid by Standing Order in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. If a payment is missed and the Tenant sends the Agent a cheque this must be received at least 7 days before the payment date is due. A fee will be applied to process the cheque payment.

Late Rent Payment - £35.00

The £35 late payment fee will be added to your account if the rent is not received in full on the payment date as specified in this agreement.

Every time a letter or email in relation to rent arrears is sent to a Tenant - £10.00

If we have not received your rental payment 3 days after the specified payment date we will send a rent arrears letter which will incur this charge.

Every time the Agent visits the property in relation to rent arrears - £20.00

If we have not received your rental payment or contact within 7 days of the specified payment date the Agent will visit the property. A charge as detailed will be applied to the Tenants account.

To pay any bank charges incurred by the Landlord or their Agent resulting from dishonored cheques or standing order mandates drawn by the Tenant for all Rent and other payments due to the Landlord.

Rent Cheque Payment - £ 3.00

When payment is made by cheque we will charge a cheque handling fee which will be £3. This fee must be added to your cheque total. If the £3 fee is not added to your cheque the payment will not be processed and you may be liable for a late payment charge.

To pay interest at the rate of 4% per annum above the base rate of the Bank of England from time to time, on any rent arrears of more than fourteen days calculated from the rent due date until the date upon which it is actually paid in full.
