The open-plan modern bespoke kitchen which we had fitted just over two years ago it has a breakfast bar and a large seating area which lends itself well to social time for family and friends.
We love that the separate dining room, which leads onto the patio, allows us to enjoy a meal whilst watching the family dog play in the garden!
Our daughters 18th birthday in August 2018 when we hosted a large party of over 20 family members comfortably it was great to be able to host such an event at home.
Well miss the cosiness of the house and the lovely family feel it has, but were glad weve got so many good memories to take with us. Were upsizing as we need more space now.

Location - The property is set to the south of Solihull Town Centre and is close to the Monkspath Business Park. The Widney train station is close by and there is also excellent access to the M42 and the M40. Birmingham International Airport and the nec are also only a short drive away.
