We wanted to buy a new build home because we wanted to put our own stamp on it. It’s a lovely bright airy house and great for entertaining. There have been many additions to the property including a granite work surface in the kitchen, Amtico flooring throughout the ground floor and fitted wardrobes in all the bedrooms. The garden has been landscaped with an extended patio to the rear and we have enjoyed many bbq’s in the Summer. We have had lots of special celebrations in the house so have created some great memories. The area is peaceful and tranquil and we are within walking distance of every amenity in the village. The village enjoys restaurants and wine bars, a supermarket, a play area for the children and a Village Hall with lots of activities throughout the year. There is easy access to train stations and excellent links to the motorway. We are moving to be closer to family and hope that whoever buys our house will have as much enjoyment and pleasure as we have.
