"We love living here because the estate is so quiet, and our road in particular is the quietest trafficwise in the estate, and because of the access to Harrow on the Hill by walking through the fields (most people do not know there is a public footpath through Harrow farm) and it takes just under 20 mins to walk to the restaurants on the hill through the fields...Lovely to do on a summer's evening!

Our house is a fantastic party house! We have had many large celebrations here (100 people plus) and the new layout of the open kitchen diner and adjoining link to our large wrap around lounge, together with the two sets of bifold doors onto the patio, is absolutely perfect for such occasions. Our neighbours on either side are also fantastic (one of whom is also a piano teacher and just started teaching our eldest...Very handy if a buyer has musical interests...) which has made living here such a joy.

The proximity to St George's school is also a great pro for us. We have many happy memories here and would love to take the house with us as it will be hard to find one like it in Dublin (so we want whoever buys it to appreciate it!)"
