The tenant will not be allowed to externally decorate and internal decoration is only to be carried out after consultation with and the approval of any proposed scheme by the landlords.

Deposit: A surety deposit of a minimum of one month's rent will be payable by the tenant; to be held by the Deposit Protection Service, interest free, for the duration of the tenancy and for which a tenant will be charged an administration fee of £42.00 (inclusive of VAT).
