In order to reserve a property a non-refundable deposit of 1 weeks rent is required, this amount will be deducted from your first months rent. If your application is unsuccessful the reservation deposit will be returned to you. Payments will be made by Bank Transfer. If you withdraw your application or are misleading or dishonest in the details you provide, the holding deposit will not be refunded.

You can e-mail, post or drop your forms off at our office, which ever suits you best. However we will need to see your proof of identification and be in receipt of the referencing fee & holding deposit before we can process your application.

All rent must be paid by Standing Order in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. If a payment is missed and the Tenant sends the Agent a cheque this must be received at least 7 days before the payment date is due. A fee will be applied to process the cheque payment.
