We have loved living here for the past 11 years and will be extremely sad to leave but as a family of 5 we now would now like a 4 bedroom property. The house is in a private croft and we are lucky to have fabulous neighbours and feel extremely safe and secure. It is within walking distance to Olton train station as well as great schools. The house is over three floors and this makes it feel spacious along with the 3 generous sized double bedrooms. The kitchen opens onto a very sunny garden and we have enjoyed lots of dining outside and has made us really appreciate a south facing garden! It feels very homely and we will definitely find it a challenge to find a new home we love as much as this one.
