Important safety stuff is all covered with hard wired fire alarms in every room, a carbon monoxide alarm and fire blanket in the kitchen and fire doors throughout, along with a triple locking back door, and double locking front. You also have a lock on every bedroom for your own privacy.

Students
We understand that if you're renting as students then you are not always there over the summer so whilst the details state 10 month contract, we can do a 12 month if you would like to stay over the summer and you will only pay half rent in July and August.
Term time rent is paid quarterly in line with your loans, and summer time rent is paid in June.
Note that there is on street parking with permits.
