This is a large extended home, with lots of parking for all six housemates, in a great B91 Solihull location very close to Lode Lane, which not only gives easy access for central Solihull, which is a quick commute, but also for Blythe Valley, Solihull Hospital, the nec, and Birmingham Airport. And Birmingham City Centre is only 9 miles away too.
Solihull has great facilities for both shopping and socialising. The award winning Touchwood Shopping Centre (which is a 15-20 min walk away) being fantastic for both retail therapy, restaurants and bars, and the surrounding town having a great selection of nightlife and things to do. Not only that but Solihull was awarded the best place to live in 2014 by the UK Quality of Life Index (and came 2nd in 2015)!
