We are looking for a friendly and outgoing flatmate to live with us in our Streatham Common house. We are quite sociable people but also like our own space, so would be looking for someone who is fairly similar in that sense.

We have lived here for a few years now and have really enjoyed it. It's located on a nice quite street with only a 10 minute walk from Streatham Common station which has direct links in to central London. Travel into Victoria is a quick 15 minute journey and a direct train to London Bridge takes just over 30 minutes. Streatham Common itself is around a 5 minute stroll from the flat and makes for a lovely walk during spring/summer.
The house has a shared living room, bathroom and kitchen.
We like to keep the place tidy so would ideally like the new flatmate to be tidy also.

Further up the main high street is Streatham Highroad which has every shop you can want for... Supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, clothes shops, an Odeon cinema and pubs pretty much around every corner.
