Guarantor Application Fee - £60.00 This is paid only if a guarantor is required to support a tenancy application.
Renewal Fee - £60.00 if required for the renewal of a tenancy contract for a further fixed term

Reference Fee of £96.00 (£80.00 plus vat at 20%) for company referencing report.
Application Fee of £240.00 (£200.00 plus vat at 20%) for company tenancy contracts
